Training Program: Our training program focuses on the skills and exercises of water polo, strength, endurance, agility, speed, and stretching.  

 

In addition to water polo skills and other physical activities, we offer a series of water polo related discussions and scythian exercises that promote creativity, character development, critical thinking, leadership, and encourage personal responsibility.
