The Miami Whitecaps Water Polo Club is a non-profit organization and was established to foster and promote the amateur sport of water polo. Our club is designed to benefit youth of all abilities and is operated in accordance with the standards and under the rules prescribed by FINA and USAWP. Miami Whitecaps Water Polo Club is affiliated to USA Water Polo- (Club ID: 16313), the national governing body for the sport of water polo in the United States under the auspices of the United States Olympic Committee (USOC).

The Miami Whitecaps is an organization created and run by parents for the benefit of children in the community who's mission is to help middle and high school kids learn to play water polo and to enable to play in local, state, national and international tournaments. 

The Miami Whitecaps operates during the high school off-season, typically from the months of June - January and participates in several local and national tournaments throughout the year. Our club program is open to any individual who wants to learn more about the sport of water polo, develop new skills, or enhance their current skill level under a fun and challenging environment. 

Current members of the Miami Whitecaps come predominantly from the Miami Dade County. We train at Belen Jesuit Prep School (500 SW 127th Ave, Miami, Fl 33184), home of the 2009 Undefeated Florida State Champions. The Miami Whitecaps have the honor of having Osvaldo Garcia as the head coach of the team, originally from Cuba, a legend in world water polo with 3 participations in Olympic games as a player, and one as a coach. Oswaldo also particiapted in world tournaments as a player and as a coach.

The Miami Whitecaps trains teams in the following age groups: 18-u, 16-un and 14-un
